Food Plot Arrow

A lucious food plot will attract and hold deer and other wildlife on your property from early spring into the winter.

It is a misconception to think that a large parcel of land is needed to have a productive plot, as little as .25 of an acre is sufficient to attract wildlife.

Wildlife food plots are very enjoyable, educational, and spiritual.

Welcome to our website. Thank you for your interest in habitat improvement for it is a very important issue.

Due to the recent severe winters here in Maine, the deer population in our state has declined to levels not seen for sometime, if ever.

In the northern and eastern counties of the state the decline has been severe. Predators have played a role in this decline as well as the depletion of winter cover.

As stewards of the land, we must try to do our part and help sustain the population level that we have. Time and persistance can restore the herd.

Experience shows that food plots can help to offset this decline by providing high levels of protein and carbohydrates to deer and other wildlife. We can help them when they need it most.
